This website presents professional services and published work. A quote or booking is subject to the terms agreed directly with you. Bookshop, publisher and other external links take you to independent websites; purchases and their terms are managed by those providers.
Original texts, artwork, photographs and logos are protected by intellectual property law. Reuse beyond what the law permits requires the rights holder’s permission. Book covers, quotations and third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Please report any error or rights concern to the email above. 3. Personal data

When you contact me by email, WhatsApp or an available form, I receive the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, message and project information. These are used to reply, prepare a quote and manage the requested service, on the basis of pre-contractual steps or a contract, or my legitimate interest in answering other enquiries. Necessary accounting records are processed to meet legal obligations. Providing contact details is necessary for a reply; there is no obligation to send an enquiry.
Website operation also involves technical information, such as IP addresses and server logs, for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Where comments are available, WordPress processes the comment and contact details, and Akismet may process technical information to detect spam. Akismet privacy information. Data are kept for the time needed to deal with the enquiry or service. Retention then depends on whether a contract follows, applicable accounting obligations and the limitation periods for possible claims; access to records retained solely for these purposes is restricted. WhatsApp is an external service operated by Meta; using its link takes you to that service, where its own privacy terms apply. Other external websites may process data when you visit them. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any optional newsletter subscription must be requested separately, with withdrawal available at any time. No decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated processing through this website.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing where applicable. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
